A fascinating exploration of the subconscious mind, visualization and the mostly uptapped powers of the human mind. We are what we believe. Learn how to access the superconscious mind to be more creative and vastly improve your problem solving skills.

This video is very frustrating in that it fades to black on a constant basis. Great content but fades to black constantly.
After making my above comment the video rebooted and I had to start watching it again. Good thing as I had missed some key dialoge about the super concsiousness that surrounds the Earth.
In fact I can take this comment quite a bit further having just spent a month researching Near Death Experience stories from the web site http://www.iands.com.
For many people this will take a hugh leap of faith.
Our bodies seem to consist of two parts. 1) The physical body. 2) The spirit that gives of consciousness.
Near Death Experience stories one after the other indicate that the spirit of a person is a seperate component of the physical body. When the physical body dies, the consciousness / spirit of the person is released back to the spiritual realm.
One can think of the spiritual realm as the collective consciousness of EVERYTHING in the universe. This includes all knowledge, all life force, the spiritual consciousness of all living things.
Because the spiritual realm exists as another dimension it is something that we cannot experience until our spirit is released from our physical body.
In our natural state we are beings of pure conscious energy.
Time spent on Earth is too learn life lessons, learn to treat others with love and respect, and contribute to our human society in a positive way.
One aspect of the spiritual realm that comes back over and over again is that “We are everything, and everything is us”. Life = Love.
To learn more about this concept of universal intelligence and being tied in the stories can be found here.

After reading these stories you will begin looking at life on Earth and your own life in a very different way.
Without a doubt there is a universal consciousness, life force and knowledge and we are all a part of it.

The content of this documentary mirrors one of the Near Death Experience stories almost exactly.
What we visualize must be brought into reality.
So it is very important to focus on positive things and not negative things.
Very interesting program about how the super consciousness mind is tied into the fabric of the universe.
To learn about this from another perspective please read the following NDE stories

There is a very solid foundation for everything this documentary talks about.

Nice video, very good resume about the sub and supraconscious mind.
I would like to add a point. In this video the techniques to reach the subconscious mind are not clear.
I studied that field a lot, and I will try to make my point short and sweet.
To reach the subconscious, the conscious must be “asleep”. You have to shut down the conscious mind and bring your brain activity to the alpha state . For an example your subconscious mind is totally awake while sleeping and in that period of time your brain wave switches from beta waves (12-30 Hz / sec) to alpha waves (8-12 Hz /sec.)
The best trick to achieve that is to learn to meditate, while you meditate your brain activity shuts down.
After that, to really kick in the subconscious, you have to visualize your goal while FEELING the positive EMOTIONS related to it.
For people who don’t like meditation or who have difficulties with it, try to visualize the way I explained it in the bed before falling asleep, or while just waking up.
Thanks
this docu sounds like it was a T.E.D. talk at one time. The narrator speaks as if he has a time limit, and the visuals, I find, are to fast and don’t match what is being said. Who are the people seeming to speak? the video of the brain does not match up with the arrows, or the narrator. Is this just me? or was a T.E.D. talk the muse for someone to sit down and look through thousands of videos and try to match it up into a documentary? I closed my eyes and followed it just fine. I would give it a thumbs up, eyes closed, hands down?
