The Most Hated Family in America is a TV documentary written and presented by the BBC’s Louis Theroux about the family at the heart of the Westboro Baptist Church. At the heart of the documentary is the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC), headed by Fred Phelps and based in Topeka, Kansas. It runs the website GodHatesFags.com, and GodHatesAmerica.com, and other websites expressing condemnation of LGBT, Roman Catholics, Muslims, Jews, Sweden, Ireland, Canada, The Netherlands, and other groups.
The organization is monitored by the Anti-Defamation League, and classified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The group has achieved national notice because of its picketing of funeral processions of U.S. soldiers killed in action in Iraq and Afghanistan. Westboro Baptist Church is probably the most controversial church in America.
The church bases its work around the belief expressed by its best known slogan and the address of its primary website, “God hates fags”, and expresses the opinion, based on its Biblical interpretation, that nearly every tragedy in the world is God’s punishment for homosexuality – specifically society’s increasing tolerance and acceptance of gay, lesbian, and bisexual people. It maintains that God hates homosexuals above all other kinds of “sinners” and that homosexuality should be a capital crime. Louis Theroux stated that the Phelpses are the most extreme people he has ever met. – Wikipedia

The eldest daughter’s situation is quite shocking, i hope she manages to leave a set a path for the rest of her generation. God Bless
The Bible states that homosexuals and stealer of men would not inherit the kingdom of God. We have to put up with this on earth at this time. Why don’t you demonstrate against child molesters. I have dealt with a few foster children who have been molested by gay people. I would not go to the extremes that this family has gone to. On judgment day it will all come out in the wash. Right now we cannot judge anyone and it is a burden we don’t have to shoulder. “Secret sin will be shouted from the rooftops and the clear and total guilt of all sinners will come to life.”
Another brainwashed cult led by a person with no answers. Probably has sex with the young members as well.
Nancy
I bet more children have, are, and will be molested by the church and it’s officials then ever will be molested by gay people. Keep up that archaic mindset cause i need more laughs.
Is this Louis guy the cutest thing ever or what!! lol
..”i think hes a rageaholic or something..i dont know..” lol…sooo cute!!
ahem..about the documentary…another set of misguided extremists that try to read the bible without listening to their heart… your inner voice..heart and conscience..is what you need to stop being the fool.
May God have mercy on their souls.
Honestly? I think that was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.
Yeah. I’m totally convinced now. Definitely going to follow this mindless bunch. (please note the heavy, HEAVY, sarcasm)
I bet you half of them have never even read the bible, and just have the passages that have been fed to them memorized.
those people are @#$%!@ up.
how can you be happy about somebody going to hell? (unles it adolf hitler or something like that)
they focus somuch on what the pastor says that they don’t question it. to them the pastor is infallible, and i think that is a sin. so i gues they are going to hell to lol.
heaven must be a very lonely place if what they say is tru.
If God were to hate anyone, these would be the people he would hate. Their message is hateful, not loving. If God hates America, you clearly should not be here. Please go somewhere else with all of your nonsense.
what a bunch of morons
Instead of doing retreads —Theroux should
FINALLY leave his lieflong gig promoting the
agenda of the state run propaganda arm BBC,
drop the Harry Potter pose, and turn those
cameras on the belief system of his very own
‘hidden masters’ —EUGENICS.
How can people let themselves get manipulated in that kind of way? It is is a mystery to me! Crazy family – god bless them!
The interviews with the “pastor” are almost comical
God is judging every living person on Earth. No need for anyone to worry.
Do you know what I find the most fascinating about this family? They make 90% of their money off of suing people for threatening them… You have to be kidding me right? You have to stand in awe at the all time – truly most hypocritical aspect that brings to the table when developing an overall opinion about them and their religious views. Its sad, I am all for free speech and standing up for what you believe in, and am not advocating limiting their rights, but jeez louise how far will it go.. They also earn over 250,000 per year off just 2 of their 12 websites… Amazing place we live in, America, home of the free
hehe
